Our purpose is to help the world’s energy transition through wind power. As the offshore wind sector grows to meet rising demand, the sophistication and technical requirements of larger offshore wind projects increase. The services market remains highly fragmented, with multiple experienced but sub-scale players and with companies currently lacking capital to accelerate growth. There is now a pressing need to support these service players to enable growth in scale and capability, so they can take their role in the energy transition and support the industry at scale.

Venterra is building an industry leading services company to meet this demand. We are acquiring and partnering with select companies in the offshore wind industry, adding our management support and capital to fuel expansion. Alongside this, we are looking to back experienced management teams to explore new specialist businesses that complement the Member Companies. We are focused on key renewable service lines, staying asset-light and technology driven.

Engineer

We provide project management and engineering across the full offshore wind farm lifecycle from concept design to decommissioning. Our wide range of services includes environmental and geotechnical analysis, hydrographic surveys, UXO and metocean data analysis.

Build

We support our clients throughout the build phase with specialist services in build planning, logistics, foundation installation services and moorings. We offer design and build of bespoke offshore equipment for specific applications.

Support

We ensure efficient operation and performance of wind farm assets over their lifetime, providing clients with project management, operational support, inspection, maintenance and repair.

INSPIRE Environmental - INSPIRE is a leading marine environmental sciences firm supporting offshore wind development since 2009.

Ordtek - Ordtek, is a world leading provider of unexploded ordnance (‘UXO’) risk management consultancy.

Partrac - Partrac is a specialist metocean and seabed consultancy, with a particular focus in the offshore wind sector.

Naver Energy - Naver Energy is a team of renewable energy professionals with decades of experience gained working with OEMs, developers, utilities, engineering and consultancy companies.

Osbit - Osbit designs, builds, and delivers innovative mission equipment to make more possible, with particular focus in offshore wind. Founded in 2010, Osbit develops bespoke systems for vessel and equipment operators across a broad range of technology streams, including installation, subsea trenching, cable lay, and handling.

FoundOcean - Founded in 1966, FoundOcean is one of the world’s largest dedicated offshore construction grouting companies.

Balltec - Balltec designs, manufactures and tests high integrity mechanical connectors for critical applications in the renewable energy and oil & gas sectors.
