Trillium Power Wind Corporation is a privately owned company headquartered in Toronto and a pioneer of offshore wind in Ontario and The Great Lakes region. The Trillium Power team has been engaged in energy innovation and development for over 20 years and is deeply committed to  Offshore Wind in Ontario as part of the province's vital and historic Integrated Energy plan for decarbonization by 2050.

Trillium Power Wind 1 (TPW1) is our flagship project positioned to be the first ever offshore wind power generating facility in Lake Ontario. Located between 17 and 28 km from the mainland, TPW1 will tap powerful and consistent offshore winds to deliver up to 600 MW of clean, reliable and affordable power – enough to supply approximately 252,000 Ontario homes or power a medium-sized data center. Our Offshore Wind project portfolio has the potential to contribute up to 2 GW of power capacity or an annual input of more than 8 TWhs to Ontario's clean grid.
