Reventus Power was founded in 2021 by CPP Investments’ Sustainable Energy (SE) group in response to the investment opportunities associated with the global energy transition. Focused on offshore energy infrastructure and offshore wind, we emphasise innovation, early-stage development investments and strategic partnerships.

Our activities are centred around three strategic pillars:

1.      Invest primarily in offshore wind with an ambition to incorporate adjacent energy transition-infrastructure deals and investments in selected geographies and technologies including Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS), Blue and Green Hydrogen. 

2.      Oversee the activities of Maple Power in Europe as a strategic advisor and shareholder. Maple Power is CPP investments’ joint venture with Enbridge that was established to invest in and manage offshore wind projects in Europe.

3.      Provide commercial and technical services to the Sustainable Energies Group and other CPP Investments’ portfolio companies, including commodity, market analysis and risk management advice.
