Lead applied research activities and contribute to projects enabling the transition of the energy system in Atlantic Canada towards a carbon neutral future, through collaboration with the world of education and research, governments, the private sector, Aboriginals and other non-governmental organizations.

Advance a viable and inclusive transition to carbon neutrality in Atlantic Canada, by providing objective and credible data and support services.
